Sellers will need to leave their contact details and items with us; if practical, please use our “Drop-Off List”  to specify your items to help speed things up when leaving your garments for sale.

Once we have had a chance to evaluate the items, we will contact sellers by phone or email to advise which items we would like to accept and at what prices.

We only accept designer label merchandise that is “as good as new” and no more than two years old (unless they are Chanel, Hermès, or Louis Vuitton items).

Sellers leave their garments at agreed prices, collecting the money when the garments sell.

We accept items for re-sale every day; however, for your first visit, it is always best to phone us first to chat about the likely suitability of your items and to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to bring them in.
